Our journey began in November 2019 as a proprietorship with a simple idea: build a business that puts customers first.
From the beginning, our focus has been on understanding each customer’s needs, recommending the right solution, and providing dependable support. As the business grew and more customers placed their trust in us, we took the next step by incorporating as Simplatec Technologies Private Limited in December 2025.
Today, we proudly serve both business (B2B) and retail (B2C) customers across Goa. Whether it’s supporting a growing business, helping an organisation improve its IT environment, or assisting an individual in choosing the right technology, we approach every customer with the same commitment to honesty, professionalism, and service.

For Supresh Phadte, technology has always been more than a career. It has been an opportunity to help people solve problems, work more efficiently, and make better technology decisions.
His journey in the IT industry began in 2008, where he spent over a decade gaining hands-on experience, working with customers, and understanding how technology supports businesses of all sizes. During those years, he realised that while products and technology continue to evolve, the values customers appreciate most remain the same — honest advice, fair pricing, and dependable support.
With that belief, Supresh started Simplatec as a proprietorship in November 2019. While continuing his full-time job, he dedicated his evenings, weekends, and free time to building the business. It was a challenging journey, but every satisfied customer and every recommendation strengthened his confidence that he was building something worthwhile.
Building long-term relationships has always been at the heart of his approach. For Supresh, success isn’t measured by the number of products sold, but by the trust customers place in the company and the confidence they have in returning whenever they need guidance or support.
As Founder and Director, he continues to lead Simplatec with a commitment to continuous learning, responsible growth, and delivering the kind of service he would expect as a customer himself. His vision is to build a company recognised not only for its technology expertise but also for its integrity, reliability, and the lasting relationships it builds.
