Replacement will be processed only if:

  1. If the Product is DOA (Dead On Arrival)
  2. It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession, Please Take the Unboxing Video for the same from the Original packing at the time of delivery
  3. The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)

Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged. Once invoice made cannot be modified or cancelled for any reasons thereof.

Physical damage / mishandling of products / Tampering of warranty stickers – do not cover warranty.

All products sold by us require technically qualified / PC Hardware engineer for installation.

For the products purchased  Buyers will have 07 days  from the date of delivery  for the replacement of the product  if the product is DOA or Faulty.

Beyond this time the manufacturer warranty will be applicable from our invoice which can be claimed from the Authorised Service Centre of the Brand.

You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24-48 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. Although Simplatec does not guarantee same day-shipping we shall strive to do so wherever possible. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.

Physical damage to any product purchased at Simplatec will effectively void warranty coverage.

If the product is flawed or DOA, the customer must contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. If we are promptly notified that a product is flawed or DOA, we will make arrangements for pick-up and a replacement. A separate scenario is where the client is liable for the To and From costs associated with replacing the material if they are unable to promptly notify us of a defective or DOA product. Customers can also stop in nearby service locations for specific vendors. We are always there for the customer by accepting the returned item and arranging a replacement.

A product cannot be exchanged or returned after it has been purchased. An invoice cannot be altered or cancelled after submission for any reason.At the point of sale, the item is inspected for physical damage; if there is any, the corporation is no longer liable. Furthermore, it is the buyer’s duty to examine the physical condition of the items they have just paid for as soon as possible at the counter.All goods are transported at the risk of the purchaser, and the company disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, or theft during shipping.Our responsibility ceases the moment goods leave our warehouse.

If we get a cancellation notice and the order has not yet been processed or confirmed, we will cancel it and refund the whole money. When an order is cancelled after Simplatec has processed or approved it, a flat cancellation fee of 5% of the order value will be charged. Simplatec’s the exclusive discretion to determine whether or not to process an order. The consumer consents to not appeal Simplatec’s decision and accepts its judgement regarding the cancellation. Once a product is shipped, it cannot be returned. Nothing in this clause will prohibit you from exercising your legal rights to return the product.

If product is not in stock, Simplatec has every right to cancel the order without intimation to customer, email should be sent for cancelled order. In the event of Out Of Stock, full amount will be refunded to customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Note:

If you are requesting for a Refund once the Order is placed, 5% of the Order value will be deducted as surcharges / gateway charges and the remaining amount will be credited to your account. We will refund within 3 to 5 working days from the date of request for a refund. It can take up to 7 working days to reflect in your account (original source) after refund from our end.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@simplatecgoa.com.

All products sold by us carry only carry-in warranty. Shipping charges (To & From) to service center has to be borne by the customer. Where the words “Direct Warranty” or “Manufacturer Warranty” are mentioned it means warranty is direct by Manufacturer / Distributor. We request the customer to send the copy of our invoice and delivery challan for warranty purposes always when there is a service problem for products. Shipping will be paid by the customer for the same. Goods once sold will be accepted for warranty repair / replacement only if they are in good physical condition. Products with missing / tampered components / warranty stickers damaged will be rejected and considered warranty void in above conditions. Warranty clause stand void for damage caused due to mishandling of equipments for any reasons causing damage of the products like lack of knowledge, improper handling, electricity problem etc., on the basis that under normal condition there would have been no damage of the product. Warranty is against manufacturing defects only, and as per manufacturers warranty policy. In case manufacturer has local service centre then for warranty the customer has to approach the service center directly with the purchase details. Products under warranty will either be repaired or replaced as per manufacturer/ supplier warranty policy. We reserve the right to reject material received for warranty without accessories, manuals, Software CD’s / DVD’s & outer box packing. Any service litigations or problems have to address directly to manufacturers/distributor/company direct dealer address only. We are not responsible for any litigation thereof. Warranty service will be given only where the full payment is made on the due date.

 

Delivery Time

Delivery dates are relative to your location. You can track the status of your shipment with the docket number that will be mailed to you.

Simplatec is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities. These are beyond our control and is subject to conditions faced at the courier company.
